Marketing: Graphic Design/Creative Services
Digital & Creative Services Coordinator - Greenville Road Warriors (Greenville, SC)

 This position will serve as a member of the team’s marketing staff and will work with the Director of Marketing and General Manager to implement the team’s digital media, social media, marketing communications and e-marketing strategies. In addition, this position will develop, manage and implement marketing and communication strategies focused on supporting the team’s ticket sales efforts and enhancing the exposure and activation of the team’s corporate partners. The Digital & Creative Services Coordinator will also manage the team’s website, social media and design of the team’s sales/marketing collateral pieces and digital marketing assets. All efforts will be aimed at increasing revenue while also strengthening the organization’s perception and brand position within the marketplace.

Reports To: Director of Marketing

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage and implement the team’s digital marketing and e-marketing strategies
• Manage and coordinate the team’s digital advertising by working with the Director of Marketing & GM.
• Manage and enhance the team’s website and online sales vehicles.
• Develop and implement social media and e-marketing strategies aimed at increasing tickets sales and game promotion while also enhancing the team’s brand position and visibility within the community.
• Develop, monitor and manage the team’s in-arena digital assets to ensure fulfillment and brand integrity for both the Warriors and team partners.
• Collaborate with the ticket sales department to develop effective marketing support for season ticket, group, suite and individual game sales.
• Create and manage all electronic communication from the team to customers, partners and media.
• Manage all collateral material (including season tickets, sales collateral, pocket schedules, promotional pieces and marketing pieces) production from design conception through production.
• Design and produce all print and electronic advertising under the direction of the Director of Marketing and GM.
• Work with the Director of Marketing to develop enhanced promotional and marketing platforms with media partners, corporate partners and community partners aimed at generating incremental ticket sales and increased awareness and visibility.
• Create, develop and implement communications strategies aimed at fan engagement, fan development and individual game promotion/ticket sales.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in digital marketing, advertising, graphic design or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver.
• Experienced in web design and with knowledge of HTML & CSS languages.
• Self-motivation & strong work ethic is essential.
• Commitment to teamwork and to fostering a positive culture of collaboration is a must.
• Ability to analyze digital campaign performance, adapt strategies based off analytics and stay on top of new trends and strategies for digital marketing.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with an irregular work schedule.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage several projects at once, and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to working nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in video production and editing preferred but not required.

Marketing: Graphic Design/Creative Services
Production Intern - Kalamazoo Wings Hockey Club (Kalamazoo, MI)


Fall and Spring 2014-2015


The Production Intern is responsible for assisting with all planning of in-game production and execution of production for all 36 home games. The key responsibilities of the Production Intern include but are not limited to:

  • Design and creation of video graphics to be run during all home games.
  • Execution of game production including camera operation, audio playback, video BroadcastPix operation, digital video switching, stat updates, character generator, replay operator
  • The Production Intern will work with the Creative Service Director on a daily basis to ensure that all production activities and duties (video and audio assignments) have been completed and that all video and audio equipment is properly running and in place for game day production. 

TIME: IMMEDIATELY and ends at the completion of the season (pending playoffs).

Must be willing and available to work long hours, weekends and nights. Full time, including game days


  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Basic Hockey knowledge
  • Self-driven individual with strong dedication to game promotion
  • Knowledge of audio and video editing and graphic design
