Account Executive, Ticket Sales
The primary function of an Account Executive is to sell ticket packages and service accounts. Account Executives will have the opportunity to sell a full menu of ticket products to their prospective buyers, with the focus being on Season, Partial Season, Flex and Group ticket products. The Account Executive will also be responsible for customer service, package upgrades, account management and answering general ticketing inquires. They will also be responsible for answering the Thunder’s phone lines and process in-coming, unsolicited ticket sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make connected, outbound sales calls each day while scheduling meetings with prospective customers
• Develop new sales leads and prospects daily
• Achieve and exceed pre-determined sales quotas for calls, meetings and ticket product sales
• Manage Full season, Partial season, Flex, Group and single game ticket requests
• Service incoming calls to the ticket department
• Account management; ensure client issues are resolved and contacts are recorded
• Assist with facilitating and maintaining payment plans
• Field all customer service related issues during games and special events
• Assist with seat relocations and all customer service issues
• Meet and exceed both weekly and monthly sales goals


REQUIREMENTS

 
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) from a four year college or university. A background in Sports Management, Sales, Marketing or Communications is preferred but not required
• High level of drive and work ethic with a competitive nature

Summary: The primary function of a Group Sales Manager is to renew and sell new group (10-or-more tickets to a customer) packages and service those accounts. The Manager will dedicate the majority of his / her time year-round to the team’s group sales and servicing business. Responsibilities/Duties:

·       Manage the recruitment, hiring, onboarding and ongoing training of Account Executives & Sales Managers. Lead sales staff by example and through proactive direction, feedback and mentoring.

Summary of Responsibilities:

A Season Ticket & Group Sales Consultant is directly involved with the sale of tickets.   He/she uses planning, organizational and people skills to prospect and achieve season ticket, group ticket, individual ticket and catering sales goals as established by the Assistant General Manager - Ticket Sales & Operations and the Director of Ticket Sales.  

Functions:

  10. Follow up with the people who request and receive season ticket, group outing and food & beverage outing information.

  12. Interact with other staff members to help insure a positive and successful season.
  13. Set up meetings with potential season ticket holders and group leaders.

Working Conditions:

Required Experience:

Job Description: 
This Box Office Ticket Seller position is a Game Day position, and applicants MUST be available to work ALL 36 CYCLONES HOME HOCKEY GAMES! This season, 23 of those 36 contests will take place on Friday or Saturday nights, or Sunday afternoons, and the Cyclones will also play games on Thanksgiving Eve, Black Friday, two days after Christmas (Dec. 27), and New Years Eve. As stated above, applicants  must be available to work all 36 home games.  Other events throughout the season will be staffed with this position as well.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Provides courteous and professional customer service.
Sells admission tickets from automated ticketing system;
Accepts payment and makes correct change before giving tickets to the patron;
Answers questions concerning events, tickets, schedules, and gives information concerning coming attractions;
Hands out will call tickets after verifying the patrons photo identification;
Balances cash and receipt drawer with manager at the end of each shift;
Answers telephone;
Adheres to all Ticket Seller policies and procedures;

Qualifications:
